A 4 x 16 foot cotton horizontal party banner designed for wall mounting in usaully a factory setting as it is uniface and not designed for a flagpole.  It has brass grommets in each corner and at top and bottom center for mounting.  3 shrapnel holes in the body do not detract but rather give it an air of authenticity.
