Award document for the Philippine Congressional War medal. Interesting as very early issue for medal #10 to a "Bat'l Sergt. Maj. William G. Atkins, Co "G" & N. C. S. 21st Infantry". Oddly the Planchett Press listing of awards for this medal show #10 as going to a William Guthrie, same unit info. Apparently the Plancheett document may be incorrect and may list the man and his middle name instead of his middle initial and family name. Unique.
