Nice late war prmotion document for a Senior Government Inspector. Issued in October, 1944, which is pretty late in the game. The quality of the calligraphy is in the block style of earlier documents, but weakly done by a shaky hand. An interesting piece from a fading era. Proper stamping/embossing.
