A 12 x 5 foot building banner in 3 piece construction shows every evidence of flying thru the length of WWII. Heavy cotton weave that has multiple repairs from wind and rain, The bottom 1/2 has been replaced completely due to tattering, etc., and the pole tube is roughly hand sewn. I love these pieces that show the wear and tear of the period rather thsn the mint examples off of some shelf somewhere.
